Todd Engineering delivered a Zeus All-Electric Spray Booth with advanced far infrared curing technology for fast drying times and exceptional energy efficiency. A Curing Oven with roller shutter door was positioned side-by-side with the spray booth for seamless transition between painting and curing phases. A Track & Skate System enables effortless vehicle movement between refinishing stages, minimising manual handling. Twin Hades Preparation Booths positioned opposite the spray booth and oven provide dust-free sanding, priming and masking before painting — the entire facility designed, planned, installed and commissioned end-to-end by Todd Engineering.

To meet their growing demand for high-performance refinishing, they partnered with Todd Engineering to install a custom-built Zeus spray booth, curing oven, and twin Hades preparation booths — delivering a full turnkey refinishing solution tailored to their exact operational requirements.
The installation at Al Haddad Motors was meticulously designed to streamline their entire refinishing process while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. The bespoke setup includes a Zeus all-electric spray booth and a curing oven, positioned side by side and separated by a dividing roller shutter door. This innovative configuration allows for seamless transitions between the painting and curing phases, significantly reducing turnaround times and improving workshop efficiency.
To further optimise workflow, a track and skate system was incorporated, ensuring effortless vehicle movement between each phase of the process. Twin Hades preparation booths were installed opposite the spray booth and oven, allowing for dust-free sanding, priming, and masking before vehicles enter the spray booth. This strategic layout creates a step-by-step refinishing process, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest Mercedes-Benz quality standards.
