Todd Engineering installed two Zeus Full Downdraught Spray Booths with all-electric operation eliminating fossil fuels entirely, raised floor design for optimised airflow and superior finish quality. Far Infrared Curing Technology cures paint at molecular level for faster drying times and measurably lower energy consumption. A Paint Mixing Room provides advanced controls for seamless workflow and precise colour matching, supported by a high-performance Compressor System. The facility has been designed to integrate solar energy in the future, targeting fully renewable-powered operation.

Having previously used an external Olympian spray booth, owner Stuart was inspired by the exceptional performance of the Zeus all-electric spray booth at another customer's site and decided to integrate this cutting-edge solution into the new facility.
